Lymphatic Drainage/Reiki Energy Healing COMBO

90 minutes: $150.00

90-minute session with a 1-hour lymphatic drainage massage followed by a 30-minute Reiki energy healing session.

Lymphatic drainage massage uses special techniques including gentle circular motion to stimulate lymph nodes and directional long strokes to move lymph from tissues to lymph nodes, which eases the swelling in tissues, usually arms and legs. This massage is done without oil on dry skin. Lymphatic drainage massages are often used to relieve any edema, particularly lymphedema following breast cancer surgery. Other conditions that benefit from lymphatic drainage massages include, but are not limited to, rheumatoid arthritis; fibromyalgia; and chronic venous insufficiency (This happens when leg veins are not working effectively, making it hard for blood to return to the heart from the legs). This massage should NOT be scheduled for anyone with a heart condition, kidney failure, blood clots or an infection.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Reiki and Energy Work

60 minutes: $105.00

Reiki and Energy Work are closely related, complementary practices and are combined in a session.

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. And once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.

Cupping + Massage Service

90 minutes: $170.00
60 minutes: $125.00

This includes an add-on to integrate cupping into the work and goals of the massage therapy session. Cupping therapy uses negative pressure as in suction to lift tissues up and draw in fresh blood flow and intercellular fluids to stagnant tissues and drain stagnate fluid and metabolic waste away from injured tissues. The movement with suction cups releases rigid soft tissues, loosens adhesions and allows space between layers of tissues to promote circulation. This application addresses myriad of acute or chronic, stubborn myofascial dysfunction. Using cupping therapy with soft tissue mobilization techniques such as trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, will effectively achieve far reaching results. Lifting the skin and underlying tissues up also engages parasympathetic nervous system allowing deep relaxation to move through the entire body. You will feel relaxed, relieved, warm and light. Your body will move with fluid glide and your pain will be markedly decreased.

Massage Therapy

90 minutes: $150.00
60 minutes: $105.00

All Massage Therapy sessions are designed for the client's needs and desired results.  A session may consist of Integrative Massage Therapy which is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines an array of energy work and massage strokes using oil or lotion to help the body improve its circulation, range of motion, and ability to heal. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relaxation, relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.  OR it may be more of a Focused Massage Session. This type of massage generally includes a partial-to-full body massage experience with focus on one or more targeted areas to address pain reduction, range of motion, or other injury rehabilitation needs of the client. Various techniques including some deep tissue work would be employed. For example myofascial release, trigger point therapy as well as other appropriate strategies might be used.
